Taverne Group SARL, a limited liability company under Congolese law, was established by the undersigned parties duly identified in the notarized articles of association executed on August 15, 2023, by the Guichet Unique notarial office.

This entity is governed by all applicable legal and regulatory provisions, notably its constitutive statutes, as well as the provisions of the OHADA Uniform Act relating to commercial companies and economic interest groups, as amended to date.

It is also subject to any other complementary or amending legal and regulatory provisions that govern the operation and management of limited liability companies in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The company’s registered office is located in Kinshasa, in the Gombe commune, at the following address: No. 54, Boulevard du 30 Juin, Groupe Taverne building.
